I really took the summer off from posting on this platform. That is one of the best parts of being a business owner, I do have the luxury of doing that. When I first started blogging, I felt a lot of pressure to create near daily and often would end up burnt out. It is nice to be able to step back and recharge a little more these days! Both of my boys have summer birthdays, so I thought I’d share a fun recap of each of their birthdays. We will start with Sawyer’s today. We splurged on a “game truck” but honestly it was worth every penny. The kids were content and happy, it was air conditioned. The adults were able to actually chat and talk, because the kids were contained and content in the game truck. Since that was a little more of an expense than I’d typically do, we kept everything else minimal.

A local mom graphic designer curated the cake topper, invitations and favor tags.
The cookies were created by MAE designs, she absolutely nailed it!
The snacks were all from Publix freezer department, to be honest: boneless chicken wings, pizza rolls, corn dogs. I called it a gamer grazing board.
Would you believe the balloons were only 10.00 from Amazon?!
Naturally, we went with an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen!

The party was very chill, but Sawyer had a wonderful time and all the details came together so beautifully!
