This One Is For The Dads (and all the other fellas!)

June 12, 2018

Roughly 30% of my readers are men, single men love deals.  Men (dads) are planning vacations, looking for innovative ways to save their families money, travel more, or they are looking for gift suggestions for their significant others.  The fellas are here and I can’t ignore ya’ll any longer.  So, from here out, once a week.  I’m going to be offering men’s edition of This Messy Season.

In honor of Father’s day, I wanted to briefly talk about how great dads are.  We all know moms rule, but let’s face it: Dads rarely get the credit they deserve.  Media has been known to paint fathers as blubbering idiots, incapable of anything.  It has been so refreshing to see that shift in the last couple of years.  I think social media has a lot to do with this!  Sharing great stories of fathers, leading their families well.  So, before we get into this fun post for the men around here I want to just say: YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DADS!  Thank you for all that you do.  We love your dad bods, your cargo shorts, and promise not to roll our eyes at you this weekend if you claim your “tired.”
