The Best Places To Eat In Jacksonville, Florida

September 13, 2020

I’ve said it before, but food is my hobby. I love to eat, cook, buy snacks, and try new restaurants. Since I’ve been trying to get back in the habit of sharing my favorite things I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite places to eat in Jacksonville, Florida. Stay tuned for Bloomington, Indiana and Portland, Oregon edition next week!

1) Mama Kim’s Korean BBQ- I don’t know what we love more. The food or the sweet owners. We love this place and take everyone who visits us. Check them out and order a spicy pork for me!

2) One night taco stand- shout out to my friend, Liz for introducing me to this delicious little spot. It’s got a super fun ambiance too. 10/10 for me.

3) Red Bowl- We love Red Bowl. There’s something for everyone there. I love hibachi, Liam loves sushi, and my husband loves a poke bowl. We feel #blessed we can’t get all three in one spot.

4) BREWZ- okay, this isn’t exactly a restaurant but they have all the beer and it’s fun and kids are welcome.

5.) Julington creek fish camp- this is for when you’re feeling bougie. We love it, perfect for a date night.

6.) Clark’s fish camp— this is a deep fried good time. Let me put it this way, their claim to fame is they have a large taxidermy collection.

7.) Safe harbor- can you tell we love fish? Safe Harbor has the best views and food. You’re welcome.

8.) Whit’s – this is an ice cream spot and we are here for it, every day! They do custard and it’s the best.
