Becoming by Michelle Obama– This was one of the most influential books I read in 2018. I devoured it, and gleamed so much wisdom from Michelle Obama’s life. She is such a strong women with incredible wisdom as a working mother, wife, activist, and friend. I truly loved every second of this book.
All We Ever Wanted by Emily Giffin- This was different than her usual books, but the message was profound. As always, her writing was flawless even as she tackled a heavy subject.
No One Ever Asked by Katie Ganshert– This book was eloquently written and I don’t want to give too much away, but the themes were important.
A Simplified Life by Emily Ley– This was the first book I read as I launched into my personal journey for simplified living with efficient systems for our family.
Still Me by Jojo Moyes– I couldn’t let this book come out and NOT read it. I’ve loyally followed this series, and I still love it.
The Lifegiving Table by Sally Clarkson– I actually really enjoyed this book, I read a lot of parenting/family books. I love surrounding myself with mentors, even if I’ve never met them IRL. Sally is so this for me, I loved reading through her insider tips for prioritizing meal times.
