Portland Children’s Museum

Disclosure: Thank you so much to the Portland Children’s Museum & The Tea Collection for sponsoring this feature and giveaway.  All opinions expressed are my own.

Today, I’m so excited to be partnering with two of my favorite children’s nouns. (one place, one thing.) First, we are talking about the Portland Children’s Museum!  My boys are three and five for anyone who doesn’t know their ages, and the Portland Children’s Museum is so perfect for our family on rainy (or sunny) days!  There’s a really cool outdoor adventure area that not a lot of people know about, so I always to mention it whenever I write about the PCM. We spend a lot of time over at the Children’s Museum, located inside of Washington Park, literally across the street from the Oregon Zoo and World Forestry Museum.  We have spent many summer days just wearing ourselves completely out, exploring all they have to offer in Washington Park.  Needless to say, as members, we have spent a ton of time at the Portland Children’s Museum and it really never gets old.  My kids always love year round activities like: the Maker’s Studio, the outdoor adventure area, and the face painting station.  Yesterday, however, we had the opportunity to explore (for the second time since it opened!) their seasonal exhibit sponsored by Tea Collection!  This year they are celebrating the Tết Festival with a  new exhibit called “Voyage to Vietnam.”  This phenomenal exhibit was created by Children’s Museum in San Jose and is part of the Freeman Foundation Asian Exhibit Series. You’ll be able to catch it at the Portland Children’s Museum until May 6th.  It was really neat for us, as a family, to gain a better understanding of how special this tradition is in Vietnam.  The exhibit itself is beautiful and remarkably interactive!  I have included a couple photos, but wanted to be cautious not to give away too much!

**I also wanted to tell you they are running a sale right now if you book a weekday party you will receive 50% off!**

Now, let’s talk about my kids outfits!  Now, I’ve been a Tea Collection since I attended a children’s boutique clothing sale several years ago.  I was fortunate enough to stumble upon some 2.00 outfits from a company I hadn’t heard of yet: Tea Collection.  Some of you long time readers may recall a period of time when my son only wore a orange polo style shirt with a rhino on it.  He LOVED that shirt and it was no doubt because of its comfort.  One thing you have to know is that the Tea Collection makes clothes that are not only darling, but they were made for play!  My kids love their Tea Collection, because they are easy for them to move, hop, jump and act cray cray in it.  I like it, because they still look adorable and put together in all of their Tea Collection looks.  Stay tuned because later this week I’m going to style my boys in their Spring/Summer looks for some boy fashion inspiration.  Boy moms, let me tell you, Tea Collection has precious stuff for boys.  Boys are HARD to shop for, and Tea Collection makes it easy!

Now, for the good stuff!  I’m giving away a family 4 pack of tickets to the Portland Children’s Museum & One outfit (an outfit is defined as a one dress or shirt, one pants or leggings, and one cardigan) from Tea Collection.

Winner for this giveaway is Lindsey S. *you have 24 hours to email me to claim your prize!
