As we head into the busy season of the first weeks of school, or even just because it’s the last weeks of summer and no one wants to waste precious sunshine -indoors preparing food. I’m going to be some crazy easy meal ideas.
- Korean Bulgogi. You’ll need to get 2 lbs of Chuck Roast, and
cut ithave the butcher cut into 1/8 inch super thin tiny pieces. Marinade- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, cover the meat in soy sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar (more to taste) add chopped onions and garlic. Let sit for several hours. Add it into a skillet and cook thru. Serve with rice and Kimchi.
- Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches – So on Sunday, I want you make several pounds of chicken for 3 recipes- chicken salad, BBQ chicken sandwiches, and chicken enchiladas. Make about four lbs in a little chicken broth in the crock pot for 5 lbs. Shred. Store some of the chicken for recipes later in the week, but for BBQ
