Disclosure: We received complimentary admission to review our experience at Eiteljorg Museum and their Jingle Rails exhibit.
Sawyer loves trains so much. I couldn’t wait to take him to the Jingle Rails exhibit at the Indianapolis Eiteljorg Museum.
The museum itself was a little mature for my loud, active two little boys. There was some interactive parts downstairs for the boys, which we were really fun. They went along perfectly with pioneer books we’ve been reading as we head into the Christmas season.
The jingle rails area is truly amazing. These things were brought about from natural resources. (Think- trees, mushrooms, twigs, etc.) It is all provided by donations from a family, but volunteers assemble it every year. I learned that they add new parts each year or so.
