The boys and I spent some time this morning looking at some titles for our October movie nights. Planning ahead is an easy way to not stress and keep expenses low! Here’s what we are watching:

On 10/1 Disney+ is going to premiere LEGO® Star Wars Terrifying Tales. Really excited to watch this one with the boys!

We haven’t watched the Addams Family as a family yet, so we are going to watch that one.

I also noticed Netflix is launching a new series called A Tale Dark & Grimm I watched the preview with the boys and we thought it looked super cute.

We are also going to watch The Haunted Mansion. We haven’t seen the original one, but I also noticed there’s a Muppet’s Haunted Mansion. It looks cute, but my kids haven’t watched the original yet. So, I feel like we need to do that first.

Speaking of the Haunted Mansion! Disney+ also has an episode of Behind The Attraction – “The Haunted Mansion” we will definitely be watching that. I love the educational value of the behind the attraction episodes!

My kids really like the show What if..? So, we will definitely watch What If…? – “What If…Zombies?!”

We also watched the trailer for Mom’s Got A Date With A Vampire and it made the cut! It looks adorable and I vaguely remember it from my Disney originals days.

When I make my meal plan and calendar for October, I’ll schedule these out and ATTEMPT to plan some cute spooky snacks to go along with the movie. Make sure you’re following along on Instagram to find my family & budget friendly Halloween favorites!
