Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Summer’s Eve® but the content and opinions expressed are my own.

I’m at the gym about 5-6 time a week.  One of the best gifts I’ve given to myself since becoming a mom is a monthly gym membership.  We added up to three hours a day of childcare for each boy, so a typical morning for me looks like an exercise class or some treadmill/rowing.  I’ll usually spend an hour drinking complimentary tea and answering emails in the lobby while my kids take advantage of their included children’s classes or doing crafts, etc.  I usually bring my mom’s devotional as well so that I can squeeze in a few moments in the word. After I’ve filled up my soul and exercised my body, I’ll grab the boys and we will head out for a fun activity together. (in the summer months, our gym has an amazing outdoor pool so we usually utilize that!)

I thought I’d share what my gym bag essentials look like to inspire you guys.  Here’s what you’ll find in my bag:

Headphones- obvi!

A Christian Devotional. – I usually opt for something quick and easy to read during my warm up or after I’ve worked out.

My favorite facial cleanser- I like to get that sweat under control right away!

Summer’s Eve® Blissful Escape™ Cleansing Cloths – These smell amazing and make it easier than ever for me to transition from the gym to my daily activities while feeling fresh.  (these are also an essential travel item for me as well, because they stop before it starts!) FYI- There’s a bonus offer for these on Cartwheel at Target right now. I always snag mine at Target, because they are a fun exclusive item!

An ink pen- in case I get inspired and need to make notes!

Water Bottle- Hydration is key!

Here are your takeaways:  Get some Summer’s Eve® Blissful Escape™ Cleansing Cloths, don’t forget your water bottle, and choose a gym that offers something for the whole family, and have an amazing summer!
