Bringing you ANOTHER monthly menu plan! Be sure to pay attention to the special dates, like movie nights, Valentine’s Day dinner, Board Game Saturdays, and Fat Tuesday dinner! I’ll be sharing those specific menus in the coming weeks here, they’ll be simple but on brand and fun.
A lot of these meals are Trader Joe’s combinations:
Shawarmas- you’ll want the TJ’s Shawarma chicken thights, pita bread, the tzatziki sauce, and whatever veggies you want!
Same with Gyros, you’ll want that same sauce, pitas, and the gyro meat and accompanying veggies. Add some fruit salad and you’ve got dinner in about 30 minutes.
The recipe I love for Orange Glazed Pork Chops can be found here. This is an easy freezer meal and you can actually double it for the freezer very easily!
Tacos- Make em how your family likes them!
For any grilled steak and chicken nights, I actually buy this meat at the beginning of the month. Freeze it in marinade and it goes from freezer, to thaw, to grill. I will pick up for grilling, whatever veggies are in season and on sale that particular beach.
Bulgogi recipe- shaved thinly slices of beef marinaded in brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce mixture. Saute until brown and serve with kimchi and recipe.
Ramen night– we just make ramen and each family can add what they’d like, we usually do eggs and sprouts.
Wings for the big game– I like to bake mine and then coat in mild hot sauce. The boys get popcorn chicken baked and coated in BBQ sauce. We will have veggies and twice baked potatoes.
Baked gnocchi dish- Prepare gnocchi per package instructions, put in a casserole dish and cover in marinara sauce then mozzarella cheese. It’s done when the cheese is melted!
