I just looked at my blog yesterday, and realized it had been nearly ten days since I last posted.  I can't remember a time I've ever gone that long without a blog post.  I have a lot to share with those of you I don't see regularly.  We recently went on vacation to Florida, it was a celebratory trip!  My husband has accepted a post graduate school offer, and we are moving to Portland, Oregon!  We had a wonderful time there…

Celebrate football at home with Coca-Cola!

All opinions are mine alone. #GameDayGreats #CollectiveBias absolutely love football season!  Some people call it fall.  We have two young children, so it isn't always practical to go to tailgates or football games.  Sometimes it conflicts with naptimes, some days it is too hot or too cold outside.  So, we really love to host "homegates" We make a bunch of snacks, watch the game in our…

Pumpkin Patch Painting Party.

Tonight, we hosted a casual pumpkin painting party at our local pumpkin patch, Fowler's. It is a completely gorgeous pumpkin patch. They've updated everything on site, including a new gorgeous barn (fall wedding?) and a beautiful shelter with picnic tables where our event was located. The pumpkins are incredibly affordable. There's a play area for kids, and so many scenic photography opportunities. I didn't serve any food, but I did provided apple cider. The pumpkin tablecloths were on clearance last…
