It is that time of year again, when all Catholic people wake up on Friday morning and fry up sausage or cut a piece of left casserole and realize that it is a day of fasting.
During Lent, many religions give up meat on Fridays. So, I thought I would share my easy-peasy ways to avoid meat and eat deliciously.

Penne with Parmesan cheese and olive oil
Gnocchi with red sauce and mozzarella cheese
Tortellini with Alfredo sauce
